Privacy Policy

The site asks for information in only two places: the project inquiry form and the AI Concierge conversation, including its request to talk to a specialist. Everything else you read is public company, service, and product information that requires no account and no personal detail.

We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not set marketing cookies. Information you send is used to review and answer your inquiry — nothing more.

The project inquiry form. When you open Start a Project, the form asks for the details needed to evaluate a possible engagement:

• Name
• Business email
• Company
• Website (optional)
• Project type and project stage
• Project description
• Desired timeline
• For a Helix Stack™ or private AI inquiry, three optional context questions: what private AI should accomplish, where your knowledge is stored, and your deployment preference

The private AI context questions are optional. Do not include credentials, account numbers, or confidential technical detail in any field — a short description of the business requirement is enough at this stage.

The AI Concierge. Messages you type into the concierge are sent to our concierge service so it can generate a reply. The conversation stays in the browser tab you are using; the site keeps no account, no profile, and no history of who you are. If you ask to talk to a specialist, that changes: the conversation is saved so a member of the E-Gnite Link AI Systems™ team can join it and reply in context, and the AI stops answering while they do.

Like any website served over the internet, the hosting platform that delivers this site records standard technical request data — for example an IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. This exists to serve and protect the site, not to build a profile of you.

The site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That request is made by your browser directly to Google and necessarily reveals your IP address to them. No other third-party content is loaded into the page.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, scoring, lead resale, or automated marketing, and we do not combine it with data from other sources to identify you.

To understand how the site is used, we keep first-party, anonymous counts: which page was opened and when, tied to a random identifier that lives only in your browser tab and disappears when you close it. We also count how often the AI Concierge is used — never the text of what you write. No cookies are set and nothing is shared with third parties.

Delivery of the site, its hosting records, and its inquiry channel run on the hosting platform the site is published to. Concierge replies are generated through an AI gateway using a hosted language model: the text of your conversation is transmitted to that service for the purpose of producing an answer, and our requests are configured so the generated conversation is not retained by the model provider.

We do not share inquiry details with advertisers or data brokers. If engagement work begins, the handling of any project information is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this website.

Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to review the request, respond, and — where a conversation continues — to keep the record straight while the discussion is live. Concierge conversations are not stored on this site unless you ask to talk to a specialist; otherwise closing the tab ends them. If you submit a project inquiry after using the concierge, a short structured summary of that conversation (your requirement, goals and questions) is saved with your inquiry, and the full conversation text is not kept. If you ask to talk to a specialist, the contact details you give, the conversation so far, and everything written or shared (including any files you choose to send) until the live chat ends are saved with your request, together with that summary, so the team can respond without asking you to repeat yourself.

Where applicable law gives you the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to object to its processing, you can make that request at any time. Ask through the channel described in section 12, and state that your message is a privacy request.

You can also simply choose not to submit: browse every page, every service description, and every product page without giving anything. If you prefer, keep the concierge conversation free of identifying detail.

The site is served over HTTPS and operated with the protections the hosting platform provides. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please keep confidential information out of the form and the concierge — that information belongs in a scoped, agreed engagement channel instead.

We do not claim security or compliance certifications through this website, and nothing here should be read as a security warranty for a system we would engineer for you. Control requirements for a private environment are defined in that engagement.

This site is written for businesses and organizations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen; if that has happened, ask us to remove it.

E-Gnite Link AI Systems™ operates from New Jersey and serves organizations throughout the United States. If you visit from another country, using this site means the information you send is handled in the United States.

If this policy changes, the revised page replaces this one and the date at the top is updated. Material changes will be visible on the page itself rather than hidden in a revision.

The channel this website provides today is the Start a Project form — include one line saying your message is a privacy request, and we will treat it as such rather than as a new inquiry. We are also reachable through the professional and social profiles listed in the footer of every page.
