04 — Ways to work with E-Gnite Link AI Systems™

Two service engagements. A distinct proprietary technology.

Operator Zero™ remains proprietary E-Gnite Link AI Systems™ technology and is separate from these service engagements.

AI Agent Deployment & Management

E-Gnite Link AI Systems™ helps organizations select, deploy, configure, customize, secure, integrate, host, maintain, and manage existing open-source or self-hosted AI agent technologies.

05 — The deployment approach

From a platform choice to a managed environment.

The existing technology is evaluated against the requirement. Deployment, access, integration, and ongoing operation are considered together.

  1. 01

    Evaluate & select

Begin with the business objective, information, existing tools, and constraints. Appropriate open-source or self-hosted platforms are evaluated against the requirement rather than selected because they are familiar.

  2. 02

    Deploy & configure

Install the agent technology and configure its environment, models, and providers. Hosting and security are considered alongside the capabilities the organization actually needs to put into use.

  3. 03

    Integrate & secure

Connect organizational knowledge and business tools, customize behavior, and establish permissions and access. What the agent may reach and do should be defined before it operates on the organization's behalf.

  4. 04

    Monitor & maintain

Observe the deployment in real use, maintain and update the system, and manage the environment over time. Ongoing support concerns the operating system, not just the completion of its initial installation.

06 — The operating standard

Deployment is only the beginning.

The organization needs a bounded, integrated, observable system—not simply an installed platform. Responsibilities and ongoing management are defined around the deployment.

Objective-led

An agent exists to serve a defined objective—not to demonstrate that AI is present.

Bounded

What the agent may access, decide, and do is defined by design, not discovered in production.

Integrated

An agent that cannot reach the organization's systems and information cannot serve its objective.

Observable

The organization should be able to see what its agents did, why, and with what result.

Owned

The agent, its knowledge, and its operational history belong to the organization that commissioned them.

07 — Defining the deployment

What does the agent need to operate within?

Bring the objective, any agent technology already in use, the systems it needs to reach, and the permissions it must respect. A selected platform is not required to begin.
